Section 12
Circumstance Where The Office Of Member Falls Vacant
The office or the nominated member of the Committee shall fall vacant in the following circumstance:
(a) If the member tenders resignation before the body nominating him
or her,
(b) If the term of the member expires;
(c) If the member becomes insolvent,
(d) If the member is convicted by a court of any criminal offence,
(e) If the member, without giving a notice, absents himself or herself from Three consecutive meetings of the Committee, or (f) If the member dies.
